Help The Advocate Room

The Advocate Room is committed to safeguarding the dignity and healing of caregivers by ensuring uninterrupted access to sound, breathing, and meditation practices. Currently, our programming relies on external platforms such as YouTube and wellness apps. While these resources have been valuable, they are vulnerable to sudden removal or discontinuation, leaving caregivers with fewer choices and repetitive programming. This dependency poses a risk to the continuity and safety of our mission.

To address this, we are building a Caregiver‑Centered Library: a permanent archive of 8–10 original, culturally resonant practices created and owned by The Advocate Room. This investment will establish a Core Practices Vault that guarantees caregivers always have access to laughter, breathing, guided meditation, and sound therapy sessions designed specifically for their needs. By owning our content, we reduce reliance on external platforms, protect program safety, and create a legacy archive that will endure for generations.

The total project cost is $50,000, covering professional recording and video production, digital infrastructure, facilitator partnerships, accessibility features, and sustainability measures. This budget reflects industry norms for nonprofit wellness content creation and positions The Advocate Room as a responsible steward of donor investment. Each dollar contributes directly to program safety, caregiver dignity, and long‑term sustainability.

By funding this initiative, donors are not only supporting immediate program continuity but also investing in a resilient foundation that ensures caregivers will always have access to practices that renew, restore, and honor their journey.

Thank you for standing with us in honoring the caregivers who hold our families and communities together.
Your support — in any form — helps ensure their stories, labor, and legacy are never overlooked. Together, we are building a future where caregivers are recognized, uplifted, and remembered.
